Paver Patios & Walkways
Interlocking pavers set on a properly compacted base with the right bedding depth, edge restraint and joint sand — so the pattern still reads true in year twenty.

Synthetic Turf
Pet-, kid- and drought-proof turf over a drainable base. Green through a Carson Valley August and a Tahoe January, with zero irrigation cost.

Water Features
Boulder falls, pondless basins and streams built from local granite, plumbed for real flow and lit from beneath so they work best after dark.

Landscape Lighting
Low-voltage uplighting, path lighting, moonlighting and hardscape wash. Fixtures aimed by eye at night — the part most crews skip.

Retaining Walls
Engineered block and natural stone walls with drainage rock, fabric and geogrid behind them. Terracing that holds a Sierra hillside.

Gravel & Xeriscape
Decorative rock, boulders and high-desert planting designed for Northern Nevada water rules and wind — beautiful with almost nothing asked of it.

Drainage & Grading
Positive grade away from structures, French drains, dry wells and swales. The invisible work that decides whether everything above it survives.

How we work
Thirty-five years shows up under the surface.
Build the base
Excavation to depth, engineered road base, compaction in lifts, drainage rock and fabric where it belongs. Nobody photographs this layer. It is the only reason the finished layer lasts decades instead of seasons.
Light it right
Fixtures placed and aimed on site, at night, with the lights on — one tree at a time. Low-voltage runs sized properly, transformers accessible, beam spread chosen for the plant. That's the difference you can see from the street.
